Americans for Safe Access (ASA) fully supports the regulation of cannabinoid products as part of our mission to ensure safe access for patients, and we want you to be successful in your efforts to do so in California. We have consistently called for federal oversight of these products and supported the spirit of AB 2223 but requested a minor yet crucial amendment to address a major issue affecting some of California’s most vulnerable residents.

A Patient & Consumer Guide to Navigating Cannabis Safety. ” This comprehensive guide aims to empower patients and consumers with the knowledge needed to safeguard their health in the complex cannabis marketplace.
Bring Your Validated Voice to DC, September 26 & 27th!
Join Americans for Safe Access, the US Pain Foundation, Realm of Caring, and the Veterans 22 Initiative in DC, on September 26 & 27, 2024 for The Validated Voices Summit. This event will include a lobby day and will be the first event on Capitol Hill since HHS confirmed that cannabis has “accepted medical use.”
