Two Little Medical Marijuana is Too Much

The Two Little medical marijuana  in this case are 59 year old Deborah Little and her Husband, 64 year old Dennis Little of Ramona California, a city of 20,000 in rural San Diego county. It seems that Grandpa Dennis Little had a medical marijuana Dr’s recommendation and was growing medical marijuana on his eight acre property. Both Littles suffer from debilitating chronic illnesses, one of which is terminal. California law says that medical marijuana patients can grow as much medical marijuana as is medically necessary.

None of this appears to have been taken into consideration when the Little’s medical marijuana garden was raided by law enforcement, their medicine destroyed and grandpa and grandma Little handcuffed and interrogated.

According to this article in sfgate the Little’s medical marijuana garden was spotted by San Diego Sheriff’s Department helicopters working with the D.E.A.

“No law enforcement ever contacted the Littles to ask if they were medical marijuana patients.”

According to this article in theweedblog.com “The Littles both went on disability from their illnesses after retiring from long careers in accounting and contracting.” The article goes on to state that “It was Dennis’ love of gardening and his suffering wife that motivated him to try growing medical cannabis.”
